Recently I realized that we did not have our money in the best savings account at our bank.  It turns out that we could have been earning a whole lot more interest than we were.  When I found out I immediately switched our accounts. I realized this when we switched over to online trading a few weeks ago.

If you’re not sure if your savings accounts are getting the most interest possible then you really ought to check out other banks. Or maybe start investing to increase your cash flow. Try investing in stock trading and bonds, or even get an IRA account. If that doesn’t work for you just dump your cash in an account that will return a little money back, every little bit counts and it all adds up.

Being a mom can be a pretty tough job.  Being a stay at home mom can be a pretty tough job too.  I know that being a working mom is also difficult.  But, from the social aspect- being a stay at home mom can be hard.  Stay at home moms are home all day with their children without much time for adult conversation. At one point I did a search for a healthcare job to see if I could work with with other females, make new friends, the whole 9 yard thing.

The best thing to do is to find some female friends.  For me, it’s hard to find and make friends.  One thing I have done to find some friends is to join The Mom Blogs forum.  There are some really great moms there who are willing to help out with questions or concerns or just chat.  Having that female conversation and bonding time is important.  Many times other moms are the only ones who can understand what you’re going through.  For me- my husband doesn’t understand many of the things I worry about.  He thinks I overreact.  But, my mommy friends understand completely.

I am starting to plan my daughter’s birthday party which will take place sometime in soon. So it’s time to buy some invitations for the party. I think it might be easier to order something online so that I don’t have to hand-write all of the invitations like I did for her baby shower invitations, and baby thank you cards . So I was checking out a few sites online, which I found some good deals. I found a few sites that offer a ton services that could meet my other needs. There are tons of choices online, to my at this point! I am thinking about having postcards printed for birthday invitations as well. Just really not sure what to do, I do still have a few more months, maybe another site pop up with better deals.

As most of you know, and feeling, the world’s economy is in the worst shape it’s been in since the great depression in the 1930’s. The only thing going up right now is bullion, you know, gold. Lately just as things seem to be getting better something happens for the worst. It seems like every day you hear that more and more people are losing their jobs.

I read that the America unemployed is at it’s highest it’s ever been. Right now the national unemployment is still over 10 percent. And many of these people have no where to turn to pay their bills. Most are using their credit cards, selling their gold bullion and gold coins to help get by until they find work. This people are going to be taking on so much debt their going to file for chapter 11 before things get better. Just because the stock markets are up, as well as gold doen’t mean things are ok. We need jobs, and fast!

I am sure many of you will be doing some if not all your online shopping these days.  And you already know that you need to be careful when you are shopping online.  Here are a few more tips that I received today via email that I think are worth posting:

Do not click on links contained within an unsolicited e-mail.
Be cautious of e-mail claiming to contain pictures in attached files, as the files may contain viruses.
Only open attachments from known senders.
Avoid filling out forms in e-mail messages that ask for personal information.
Always compare the link in the e-mail to the link that you are actually directed to.
Log on to the official website, instead of “linking” to it from an unsolicited e-mail.
Contact the actual business that supposedly sent the e-mail to verify if the e-mail is genuine.

And if you’re buy stuff for your business like a ipad, make sure you get a good warranty . That goes for anything you buy, make sure you have a warranty, one you can understand. To many stores out there today have changed their terms on products that are being returned.

As most of you know, in the past we had a lot of problems with my web hosting provider, major problems. Most of the problems I had were related to site outages, followed with long lag times and very poor customer service. I wasted a lot of money and time with the hosting provider that I was using. Now I’m not going to name them, but if I did, you would be very surprised.

Not to long ago I came across a hosting provider that offered dedicated server hosting, not what I was looking for, but worth a shot at taking a long at. Getting a dedicated hosting account could be costly, but much more secured than a shared hosting account.

I also came across a few review site’s that provided reviews from real people on hosting providers. If I would’ve known about this site, I would’ve never chosen the provider that I did in the past. Review site’s for the most part offer good information for the most part. You just need to know who’s providing the information, and if their being paid for it.

I would like to now pose a question to you all. Are you happy with your hosting provider, and are you looking for cheap and reliable web hosting services? If so look for a website that offers independent reviews on the top web hosting providers or cpanel hosting providers. You should then read about all pro’s and con’s of each provider. And don’t be affraid to make the switch, it’s easier than you think.

If you have a furry four legged friend living in your house then you know that these fun little animals become a part of your family.  That is certainly the case at our home- our dog is a family member.  And she is treated as one.  She celebrates birthdays and holidays with us as any family member would.  Her health is very important to us too.  She always gets her checkups and we make sure to do everything we can to ensure she has a long and healthy life.

I use the internet to get information I need about my dog.  If I have a question or need to find some information I can do a simple search and find what I’m looking for. I’ve even found things like dog dna testing . Using the internet you can find anything from information about bone, joint and muscle disorders in dogs.

Whatever you are looking for in regards to your four legged family members be sure to just do a simple search, you”ll find a ton of information.

Whenever it came time for me to purchase a new car I was a bit unsure of where to start the process since it had been over ten years since my last vehicle purchase.

The first thing I did after signing online was I went to a search engine and began looking up the top rated four door sedans as far as overall rating and crash test record. After doing a preliminary search I continued my online use by looking up the local dealerships in my area that carry the brand of Chevrolet. Once I had found the dealerships I went onto their websites and did a baseline price comparison to see which dealerships had the best deal posted online.

Overall I was apprehensive about making a vehicle purchase, but thanks to the usefulness of basic search engines I was able to find a quality car and make a well informed purchase. And my new car also comes with a great spot for my garage door opener , I love my new car.

I think an area that many of us struggle with is our stomachs. Especially once you’ve had a baby- it’s even harder to get that flat tummy.  I found a website today that is dedicated to helping you get that nice flat stomach you desire by claiming they have the best weight loss products. Not sure if that’s true, read reviews. I’ve never used the stuff, so don’t know if it will work. I always recommend taking a walk, works for me. And having a healthy diet and doing cardio that will help you to lose weight all over your body will be the best way to get started.  Search around online for some more great tips.

One of the biggest problems my teenage child has is acne. And finding the right treatment hasn’t been easy. She has a very bad case of of it, but it’s getting better. Just a few short years ago we tried every over the counter acne treatment there was, even the ones that what tell you how to get rid of acne fast . We finally had to see the doctor to get a prescribed treatment, which would burn her face if she didn’t use the treatment the right way. She had to use a special towel as well, it would bleached anything that came in contact with the treatment. By using this treatment it made her self esteem go through the roof. The treatment cleared her up in a few short weeks, so we’re hoping it will last.
