Do you know what I am really good at?  Worrying.  I worry like crazy. I even worry how my eyes look, and if I need wrinkle eye creams to help.  I always thought that my mom worried too much.  But now she tells me that I worry too much.  And I know I do.  So far most of the things I have ever worried about- they have never happened.  So I spent all sorts of time worrying and wringing my hands and feeling sick to my stomach for no reason.  Wasted precious time.

If there is an illness out there that I know about, I have worried that my daughter will get it.  And the worse it is- the better.  I’ll worry about it even more.  The moment I found out I was pregnant, the worrying started.  I worried about everything I ate and did.  I worried about the chance of a doctor possibly causing problems during the birth of our little one.  After she was born I worried some more.  I have a pretty active imagination and can come up with some pretty scary stuff.  I know it’s a normal mom thing to some extent, but sometimes I think I might take it too far.

This isn’t really a tip or a trick. It’s something I’ve been feeling lately and feel like I should post about it. After all if it is bothering me, then it is probably bothering others too.

I’ve never been diagnosed with having any kind of anxiety problems, but I have wondered if I have some anxiety issues. Of course there are certain stressful situations that call for feeling of anxiety or worry. But, sometimes for me it becomes excessive and I feel like it starts to take over my life. I was reading a bit about anxiety tonight. According to Wikipedia: “Anxiety can be accompanied by physical sensations such as heart palpitations, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, stomach aches, or headache. Physically, the body prepares the organism to deal with a threat. Blood pressure and heart rate are increased, sweating is increased, bloodflow to the major muscle groups is increased, and immune and digestive system functions are inhibited (the fight or flight response). External signs of anxiety may include pale skin, sweating, trembling, and pupillary dilation. Emotionally, anxiety may be experienced as a sense of dread or panic.” So I guess that just today I have had feelings of nausea, chest pains, shortness or breath, stomach aches and headaches tells me that I am dealing with some anxiety. I wonder if I build muscle it would help, it’s worth a try no? Or maybe I’am just going to have to deal with it for now.

I am really excited about doing some shopping this year for Christmas.  Shopping for all of our extended family members as well as a toddler and a teenager should prove to be interesting.  I am ready to get started looking for the best prices in my Black Friday ads. I will also be doing more online shopping this year. I will be also only buying from sites that offer free shipping. I am so thankful for the Internet for this reason- it really saved me a lot of money last year at Christmas time.  I bought quite a few gifts online and was able to save quite a bit of money by doing that.  I plan to look for the best buys that I can find again this year using sites like buy.com.

I recommend that you get started now looking for the best prices that you can find.  It’s a lot easier to shop around when you have a lot of time- so hurry up and get started!

The Internet can be a great tool to save some money.  One thing that I use it for is to find coupons for my purchases.  I very rarely make an online purchase without a coupon code.  I love to use sites that offer great products at a great price.

Since I have kids I am always using the Kids and Baby sections of sites, and looking for the the deals. Everytime school time comes around I look at a lot sites for deals on clothes, shoes, and just about everything else.

If you’re looking to save some money be sure to search for online coupons before all of your online purchases. And don’t buy anything until you searched for a code or coupon, there out there, you just need to look.

You know what would make me really happy?  A surprise bouquet of roses from my hubby.  You know- just to say I’m thinking about you and I love you.  Honestly the chances of that happening are pretty slim.  But, if he did do something like that I would never forget it! I would be happy even if he purchased them from a local store, even though the flower shop has better flowers.

I know that the color of roses have various meanings, but I learned several new meanings today.  I am still going to stick with red for my favorite color roses because it means “I love you.”  But if my hubby were to give me any color roses I would be thrilled!

There are so many different diet pills and vitamins out there these days. I came across one for your skin, it was called vitamin c serum, never heard about. I don’t know if it even works, do any of you know, let me know. How in the world are you supposed to make an informed choice and know which ones are the best to take? I see that a lot of these pills are now requiring prescriptions which means you have to visit your doctor first. A trip to the doctor just to find out what’s best to take seems like a big waste of money. I use the internet and research as much as I can. I will even make contact with people that leave comments on products. The more info I can find the better. And in most cases you will find out more than your doctor will ever tell you.

If you own a home then you know you need to have insurance on your home. All banks these days won’t even give you a loan on your home until you have a insurance provider lined up. You have to protect your home as well as your valuables that are inside your home. But with all of the choices out there how can you possibly know the best home insurance you could have? I would recommend that you contact your car insurance provider, or check out the site insurancespecialists.com. In most case you can get a discount on other services they may offer. Also, use the internet to find more rates and discounts. Not only can you find discounts on home and auto insurance offline, you can find great insurance quotes online. You just need to do your research and a simple search to find what you’re looking for. The great rates are out there, just go looking for them.

Now we all know that marriage is hard work.  It is hard to live with someone all of the time and to get along with them most of the time.  Then add children to the mix and marriage is even harder.  My husband and I have always had a pretty good marriage.  We’ve had our ups and downs like most people, but we do pretty well together.

One thing we have always done is had occasional weekend getaways.  Even when we did not have children it was good for us to get away from the same old stuff once in a while and just enjoy each others company.  Now that we have a child we do not do weekend getaways very often.  In fact, she is 4 1/2 years old and we just had our first getaway.  But it was great- great for us, great for her, great for her grandparents who watched her, just plain great!

I encourage every married couple to take a weekend getaway once in a while; you’ll be glad you did!

My bed is so uncomfortable.  We bought it over 10 years ago shortly after we got married.  My husband had a water bed before we got married but we decided to buy a regular bed.  We were newly weds with not a whole lot of extra cash to spend.  So we bought a cheap mattress, not one of those memory foam mattress. Then again I don’t think they had those mattress back then.  And we are still using it all of these years later.  I want to go out and buy a brand new mattress that I can sleep comfortably on. Hopefully this will be the year we get that new comfy bed.

So how much weight do you usually gain during the holidays?  I’ve been dieting and I still need to lose about 15 pounds.  But during the holidays I usually just try to maintain my weight.  I won’t be too concerned with losing right now.  It’s too hard with all of the yummy food and pies and baked goods.  So if I concentrate on maintaining my weight I’ll be good.  After the holidays I may look into a diet pill program. I will first read reviews like ones from this site, the apidexin reviews to see if that could help me lose these last 15 pounds because they are just being so stubborn.  I usually try to stay away from that kind of stuff, but I need something to give me that extra boost.
