I know I’m not the only one, but it sure feels that way. I’ve trying to lose weight for the last 3 years since my daughter was born. Several years ago I was overweight and lost all of my extra weight by eating less and exercising every day. I worked my way down to a size 2. Now I know my body has changed since having my daughter so I may never see a size 2 again, but I would at least like to get back into the single digits as far as size goes. I try to eat healthy but sometimes I just don’t have time to make healthy meals. I try to exercise but it can be difficult with a 3 year old underfoot. Maybe I need to take a pill or something, well not really. Sometimes I just want to give up and be fat forever, but I won’t let that happen. This is one of those times.
We’re going to be taking a vacation in a few months and I’m in the process of making a list of things to bring. I was told to just bring what we will need, since airlines charge extra now a days. To me it is very important that I remember to pack medications and be ready for when something may go wrong, like important papers. Bring a few extra things is always a good idea as well, things like over the counter medicines that you use as well- such as pain relief or antacids and acne products like back acne treatments . If you are one of the unfortunate ones who gets motion sickness, be sure you have motion sickness relief medications. You should also make sure you also bring your daily essentials such as shampoo, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Bring this stuff along may take up room, but well worth having if you need it. So take what you want to be safe.
I just talked a little while ago about how I am getting discouraged with my weight loss again. I only have a little ways to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. But lately it seems like I’m going nowhere. When I was taking my prenatal vitamins I was doing fine with weight gain. But over these last few months it’s been getting harder to lose weight. Maybe it’s because of all the junk food in the house, which I know it should’nt be there when I’m trying to drop a few pounds. Maybe I’ll go back to taking vitamins, and stay away from the junk food in the house.
It might seem like a rough time to be looking for a job. And if you are not willing to relocate to find a job – it might be even harder. But just think about how much easier it is to do a that job search today then it was 50 years ago. People back then would have to move first, then do the job search. Today we have the Internet you can search all over the world for the right job for you. So if you’re looking, consider moving, or you just might have to wait a little longer. I would wait, but not for long.
Recently, Hubby and I took a big step- he left his job to pursue his life-long dream of owning his own business. He is very good at what he does, but things are a bit rough as we are in the beginning stages of a new business. Since all of this is new to us we have had to look into some financial reporting software to help us keep track of our income and expenses. I can you that there’s 2 parts to running a business, doing the work is the easy part, keeping track of everything is a pain.
Times are hard financially right now for many, many people. At one time people were able to put away part of their paycheck every week into a savings account. We all know we should have money set aside in an emergency fund just in case something happens. But so many are struggling to just pay their regular bills. Maybe you fall into this category. So, what do you do if an unusual expense comes up? What if your car breaks down? Or there is a medical emergency and you have to pay part of the expense? You could get a payday loan to help you if you are in this situation. Or you can call on family members to help. I would recommend that you ask family first, if that fails then get a loan.
Over the years my husband has talked a lot about starting his own business. The problem with starting a business is that it is expensive! You need a lot of money for the start up costs. At one time we almost started a candy shop in a mall but things did not work out and we ended up not being able to do it. But, I learned a lot about starting a business as we worked towards started that one.
You will probably need a loan when you start your business. Unless you are fortunate enough to have some extra money in the bank you probably don’t have the money you need. You are also going to need to be able to take credit card payments at your new business. Finding a good merchant processer good be a pain.
There is a lot of information out there for you. Be sure to research and plan very well before starting your new business!
