My youngest daughter has some problems with asthma every time she gets sick.  We are fortunate that the only time it acts up is when she is sick.  Of course I wish that it never bothered her, but we just have to deal with it.

One of the ways we try to keep the breathing problems at bay is to use a cool mist humidifier running in her bedroom.  Well, we went away and forgot to empty the water from it.  Of course if you’ve ever done that then you know you have to change the filter and clean everthing, because it gets all moldy. We also need to make sure that we change out our AC filter , as well as the furnce filter, which is the same. Having a good clean filter keeps our air clean, which helps everyone in the house.
