I have heard recently, and you probably have too, that chocolate is now good for you.  At least the dark chocolate is good for us.  Correct me if I’m wrong.  Or don’t- let me live happily eating chocolate thinking it’s good for me.

My all time favorite chocolates are from Gertrude Hawk.  In my opinion they have the best chocolate ever- and it’s very reasonably priced.  Chocolates from Gertrude Hawk are always made with fresh ingredients and recipes that were created by Gertrude Hawk in her kitchen many years ago.
