I found a great list today that includes 9 easy things to do to improve the way you are feeling.  These are simple ideas that really will improve how you are feeling.

  1. Increase your activity level.
  2. Go outside for a walk.
  3. Reach out to a friend or to someone new.
  4. Finish a task on your to-do list.
  5. Create a relaxing environment.
  6. Do a good deed.
  7. Save someone’s life by signing up to be an organ donor.
  8. Act like you’re happy.
  9. Learn something new.
