I found a great list today that includes 9 easy things to do to improve the way you are feeling. These are simple ideas that really will improve how you are feeling.
- Increase your activity level.
- Go outside for a walk.
- Reach out to a friend or to someone new.
- Finish a task on your to-do list.
- Create a relaxing environment.
- Do a good deed.
- Save someone’s life by signing up to be an organ donor.
- Act like you’re happy.
- Learn something new.
